30 DAY RETURN POLICY*
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) are only issued for unused items for exchange/credit/refund. RMAs are subject to a 30 day limit from date of issue. After which, items will cease to be eligible for RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), credit or refund.
Shipping costs are paid by you (the customer) both ways unless we make a shipping mistake. When that happens, we will match the shipping method you originally selected.
* Orders made from Nov 1st is subject to 60 day limit from date of receipt in spirit of the holidays.
* Orders made from Dec 1st is subject to 40 day limit from date of receipt in spirit of the holidays.
POLICY FOR USED ITEMS
Used wedges, items & accessories are NOT Returnable, Exchangeable nor Refundable. No exceptions.
The golf wedges, and accessories you receive in the mail are brand new and in unused condition. We strongly recommend that you try them on indoors on smooth or carpeted surface before using them outdoors. This will preserve the condition of the items should you choose to return them. In other words, do not attempt to test the wedges and accessories by taking them outdoors for a few swings and test runs.
We do not differentiate between slightly used, well used or very used. Any golf wedge, item or accessory which comes back to us in a condition that cannot be resold as new are considered used.
Defective items
If you happen to receive a product which is defective or broken upon arrival, we apologize. However, please contact us within 72 hours so we may help you.

SALES POLICIES
Internet Sales
All internet sales are given the internet advertised price plus shipping unless there is free shipping given. For orders shipped to California 8.5% sales tax is applicable on top of shipping and product price.
In order to protect Akagiusa.com and its customers from fraudulent transactions, IP address are recorded on our systems and we reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at our sole discretion without notification.
We will extend full co-operation and reserve the right to provide full details of suspected fraudulent orders to law enforcement authorities for prosecution.
International Sales
The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries. These taxes are not included in the total invoice from Akagiusa.com. We only charge for shipping from United States to your respective country.
Akagiusa.com does not profit monetarily nor reap any other benefits from the taxes imposed on the customer by their respective government.
